In a slow and reflective fashion, read the 13 expressions of the Golden Rule. Take as much time as you need with these writings.

This Roman Catholic nun attained international recognition for her work among the poor and dying of India. Known as “the saint of the gutters,” she taught and practiced an ethic of radical service to the poorest members of society.Spend as much time as you need reflecting on these words of Mother Teresa.
